Brett Goodridge has been creating and managing national professional services firms for over 25 years. These businesses have predominately been in the legal, town planning, urban design, financial services and advisory, accounting and surveying industry sectors. Brett’s experience has included both local and national marketplaces, incorporating a range of Board roles and CEO/MD positions.
This experience has included national firms such as King Wood Mallesons, Clayton Utz and Thomson Geer Lawyers, as well as leading regional businesses such as NKH Financial Services Group, McMullen Nolan Surveyors, niche law firm Allion Legal and national surveying and infrastructure firm Veris (formally OTOC).
Brett's depth and breadth of strategic and operational experience places him in a unique position to transfer his know-how and knowledge to clients keen to manage their business to best practice and deliver sustainable, superior financial rewards to shareholders.
He has been involved in numerous Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions in the services sector, including the financial integration of major national services firms such as King Wood Mallesons, Clayton Utz and Thomson Geer Lawyers. He also has experience with industry consolidations and aggregations. Most recently he has worked closely with Veris LTD in developing a national professional services and advisory business in the surveying, town planning, urban design and geospatial industrial sectors.
As Proprietor of Goodridge Strategic, Brett works closely with clients who are keen to ensure the long-term sustainability of their business, through a preparedness to be strategic in responding to the ever-changing world and commercial Australian landscape.
Clare Goodridge - Branding Specialist
Clare is a branding specialist with expertise in brand development, experience design, creative content creation and marketing strategy. Her experience has predominantly been in the creative industries, not-for-profit, tourism, professional services and retail sectors.
Currently Clare is also a Director of Perth based branding agency Tinderbox Creative and consulting and training agency The Lover & the Engineer. Clare has also worked with local agencies including Tattoo Creative and The Hub Marketing Communications. Her Perth experience is coupled with time spent in Melbourne and then London, where she completed a Masters in Cultural Policy and Arts Marketing at Goldsmiths College, University of London.
